What does IMEX INVEST do?
IMEX INVEST helps businesses organise turnkey international sourcing: supplier search and verification, negotiations, buyout, quality control, manufacturing to spec, logistics, customs and delivery to your warehouse. You work with one partner instead of a dozen contractors.
Can you finance the purchase?
Yes, subject to approval. IMEX INVEST can finance the purchase or logistics so you do not tie up working capital for the whole delivery period. It is not automatic: the option, amount and terms are set after we check the goods, the supplier and your request, and are fixed in the contract.
How much does it cost?
The price consists of the cost of goods or manufacturing, logistics, customs payments and our support — each item as a separate line in the offer, with no hidden extras. Leave a request: IMEX INVEST will prepare a quote for your case and send it to your account.
Will you find a supplier and verify the goods?
Yes. We shortlist a manufacturer or supplier for your request, verify reputation and documents, and agree on price and terms. Before shipment we check quantity, completeness and quality — and send a photo report to your account.
What are the lead times?
It depends on the scenario: we prepare an offer within 1–3 business days after your request. Then — sea from China 30–45 days, road from Europe 3–10, air from a few days; manufacturing from 7–10 days for simple parts to 3–4 weeks for complex ones. The exact timeline is fixed in the commercial offer.
Is the cargo insured and what about defects?
We insure the cargo in transit; extended cover can be arranged on request — note it in your application. Quality control is done before shipment. Replacement of confirmed defects and the parties' liability are written into the contract.
Who handles customs and documents?
IMEX INVEST does. Customs clearance, invoices, CMR, the contract and bills are prepared by our team. All documents for your order are available in your account.
How do I track my order?
Your account shows the current stage, documents, invoices and messages with the IMEX INVEST team. Every status change is duplicated to Telegram or email. Cargo can be checked by number on the tracking page.
