How much does delivery cost?
The cost depends on the route, weight and dimensions. Fill in the calculator — an operator will calculate the exact price and call you. Our commission is only 5%.
When do I pay for delivery?
After delivery. You pay when the cargo is already yours. For imports with goods buyout — a 5% advance and an official contract.
What are the delivery times?
Air from China — 3–7 days, rail — 18–25 days, sea — 30–45 days, road from Europe — 3–10 days. Exact times are confirmed by the operator.
Is the cargo insured?
We take full responsibility for the cargo at every stage. On request we arrange additional insurance — tick it in the calculator.
Who handles customs and documents?
We do. Customs clearance, CMR, invoices and contracts are prepared by our team. All documents for your order are available in your account.
How do I track my cargo?
After registration you will receive an NX-XXXXXXXX number by email. Enter it on the tracking page or send it to our Telegram bot — it will notify you about every status change.
