1.General provisions
IMEX INVEST adheres to the principles of lawfulness, fairness, transparency and data minimisation. This policy applies to all website visitors, clients submitting requests, portal users and anyone contacting us by email, phone or Telegram.
2.Categories of data we process
We may process name, phone number, email address, company name, billing details, cargo description, delivery route, uploaded documents and files (invoices, drawings, contracts), portal authentication data, and technical session information (browser type, interface language). Data is provided directly by you through forms, the portal or correspondence with our team.
3.Sharing with third parties
We do not sell personal data. Disclosure to third parties is limited to what is necessary to deliver services (e.g. carriers, customs brokers, banks for payments) or required by law. Marketing communications are sent only with your consent.
4.Storage, security and retention
Data is stored on secured servers with restricted access. Only authorised IMEX INVEST staff may access it. An anonymised hash of the IP address may be stored for abuse prevention without retaining the full address. Retention periods depend on the purpose of processing and legal requirements; after a case is closed, data is deleted or archived.
5.Data subject rights
You have the right to access your data, request correction, restrict processing, request deletion (where no legal grounds for further retention exist), object to processing and withdraw consent. Requests are reviewed within a reasonable timeframe.
6.Changes to this policy
IMEX INVEST may update this policy. The current version is always available on this page. Continued use of the website after changes are published constitutes acknowledgement of the updated text.
